At-Will Employment Policy

I understand that if I am offered employment by the Company, my employment will be on an at-will basis. This means that either I or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without notice, and with or without cause, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nothing in this application, any employee handbook, policy, procedure, or any oral or written statement shall be construed as creating an express or implied contract of employment for any specific duration or under any specific terms or conditions.

I understand that no representative of the Company has the authority to enter into any agreement contrary to the foregoing unless such agreement is in writing and signed by the Company's authorized representative and the employee.

I voluntarily authorize the Company to investigate and verify all information provided in connection with my application for employment. I authorize all former employers, supervisors, educational institutions, licensing agencies, governmental agencies, professional organizations, references, and other persons or entities to provide information concerning my employment history, educational background, professional credentials, character, qualifications, driving record, criminal history (where permitted by law), and any other information relevant to my employment application.

I release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and all persons or organizations providing information from any liability arising from the lawful collection, disclosure, or use of such information in connection with my application for employment. A photocopy or electronic copy of this authorization shall be considered as valid as the original.

I certify that all information provided in this application, resume, supporting documents, and during the hiring process is true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false statement, omission, misrepresentation, or misleading information may result in the rejection of my application or, if employed, disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination of employment.

If hired, I agree to comply with all Company policies, procedures, standards of conduct, confidentiality requirements, security policies, and applicable laws and regulations governing my employment.
