  6. Operating Agreements (Bylaws for Corporation) with a one (1) full year of support.
  7. 1 year fee of Statutory Agent. $75 per year thereafter.

*A paper file can also be provided for an additional fee for the Basic Package.

**Pay as an earnest deposit. You will have a 30-day forfeited non-refundable policy if not used within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited.
