Our Storyline

Founded in 2001 in Irvington, New Jersey, Laniiic Services, Inc. was built on a vision of delivering professional solutions with integrity, precision, and fairness. In 2001, the company started with its name derived from its founder, what began as Pwaccilien,  later in 2009, the company formed as an LLC in the state of Arizona and added Companies after it, Pwaccilien Companies, LLC. In 2010, Mr. Accilien transferred all of the company interest to his wife. In 2014, the interest was regained and Mr. Accilien added two new members to the LLC whom happened to be his children. In that same year, he changed the company name to WD Tax Experts, LLC. In 2017, he changed the name again to abc PROvise, LLC. This was the start point of the new idea of what we have today. abc PROvise stands for, easy as abc or 1 2 3 PROfessional adVISE limited liability company. In 2025, his expouse was remove as a member and owner of the company, which left him with his two children as the members and owners. This is how the company evolved into ABC PROvise, and has now grown into a new corporation formed in the state of Arizona and elected to be treated as an Subchapter S by the IRS in 2026 under the name of Laniiic Services, Inc — this umbrella corporation uniting a broad range of professional and consulting services under one trusted brain, Laniiic.
