Overview
We provide professional services in regulatory compliance, document preparation, tax analysis, electronic filing, consulting, and related work. Due to the nature of these services, most services are non-refundable once rendered.
This Refund Policy applies to all clients nationwide in the United States, including services paid directly and services paid through bank products with Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG). or any other bank product services, or any other ways the company deem to collect its service fees/charges.
No Refund / No Return Policy
Because our services require professional time, expertise, and regulatory submissions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once any of the following have occurred:
Once a tax return is accepted by the IRS, the service is deemed fully performed and completed, and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED under any circumstances.

IRS Rejected Return Exception
In rare instances where a tax return is rejected by the IRS and cannot be corrected or resubmitted, the client may submit a written refund request for review.
Refund decisions are made solely at the discretion of Laniiic Services, Inc.
If a partial refund is approved, it will be calculated as:

Adjustment & Update Policy (One-Year Window)
While refunds are limited, clients are entitled to request an update of the status of their refund within one year from the year the return was e-filed and accepted by the IRS. For all other services, such as business registration, contract writing, bylaws, and partnership agreements, etc., the client is entitled to updates, corrections, or adjustments to most portfolio services for up to one (1) year from the original service date.

SBTPG Bank Product Fee Disclosure Alignment
If a client elects to use Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG) bank products (including refund transfer or refund advance services):
Laniiic does not control the timing of SBTPG refunds, funding decisions, or bank product eligibility.
Clients are responsible for reviewing SBTPG’s separate disclosures and agreements prior to selection.

Policy Acceptance
By engaging Laniiic, submitting payment, and signing required documents, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund, Return & Adjustment Policy.
