IRS and Government Compliance

Users acknowledge that Laniiic may be required to comply with federal, state, or local laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, government requests, tax authority requirements, anti-money laundering regulations, identity verification requirements, or other lawful obligations. Laniiic reserves the right to refuse, suspend, terminate, or limit services where necessary to comply with applicable laws, professional obligations, ethical standards, licensing requirements, or security concerns.

Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees, charges, costs, taxes, filing fees, subscription fees, consultation fees, administrative fees, and other amounts associated with services provided by Laniiic. Laniiic maintains a strict refund policy. Due to the nature of professional, consulting, tax, accounting, notarial, educational, compliance, and administrative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun, consultations have occurred, documents have been prepared, or services have been rendered. Limited exceptions may be granted solely at the discretion of Laniiic management. Filing fees, government fees, software fees, processing fees, bank product fees, and third-party service fees are generally non-refundable.

Electronic Communications and Consent

By using our website or services, users consent to receive electronic communications from Laniiic including emails, text messages, electronic notices, appointment reminders, invoices, disclosures, policy updates, marketing communications, and electronically delivered documents.
